Professional Statement
I address the problems and challenges related to negative cash flow, ineffective management, the consequence of pre bankruptcy, out of formula situationsdiscontent of cash flow,

Reality of the situation, reality of cash flow and reality to the owners, equity

reality is that the organization is in denial and/or shock. Something has happened which was either long time in coming or hit everyone by surprise. If I am on site it means that the internal capability to address the situation has been deemed inadequate by those ultimately responsible for success or failure.

There is a human element to this business that is not taught in books and does not appear on balance sheets and cash flow projections. Acknowledging this is not a matter of being soft and malleable, rather it is through the employees, customers, suppliers, lawyers, shareholders, that permit successful turnarounds to occur.

I operate with an extreme sense of prioritized urgency and engage the organization to participate in its recovery. The focus is on aggressive but realistic and achievable results. Metrics are imposed as the need to measure real versus expected performance becomes critical. That relates to cash flow projections, supply chain management, inventory controls, customer satisfaction, quality, etc.

My approach is all inclusive. Consequently, it is my responsibility to engage the entire enterprise on the mission to fix what is wrong. I value the opinions and perspectives of the entire organization without focus exclusively on top management. My experience is that the shipping department has intimate knowledge of what is right and wrong as they see the net result from loading, receiving and shipping.

To that end, it is imperative for everyone be involved, that they know where the company is going and they understand their role in helping to make success occur.

My experience has taught me that companies tend to fail in response to poor leadership. Although not every company and situation is salvageable, many are. Unfortunately, employees suffer and are typically upset, concerned, scared, resentful that leadership could have done a better job. But in practically all cases, I find them very eager and motivated to participate providing they are told the truth, are treated with respect and dignity, and feel they leadership can be trusted to take them out of the woods.

I enjoy providing a light that not only shines to the end of the tunnel but then steering the organization and all of its elements to
